Order and Delivery Information

Here you will find all information about ordering and delivering your products.

Average Delivery Times

Due to current circumstances, delivery times may be longer due to limited parcel services and flights. We strive to offer the best value for money. Therefore, we ship products directly from the supplier. This allows us to significantly reduce transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, and allows us to offer products at a fair price. The average delivery time is therefore 5–7 days.

Processing time

Orders are processed and forwarded to our supplier on the day of ordering. Orders are processed in our distribution center between Monday and Saturday and shipped from the warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Delays

97% of orders are delivered within the stated timeframe. Unfortunately, delays can occur. The most common reasons are holidays, customs inspections, problems with the courier service, or international conflicts.

We cover the shipping costs and deliver every order to your home FREE of charge, with no minimum order value.

Check your shipping information

To ensure your order is processed correctly, it's important that your shipping information is complete and accurate. Incomplete or incorrect information can cause delays. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate information. If a package is lost or undeliverable due to incorrect information, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs, and we cannot offer a refund.

Cancellation of Orders

Unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel an order after it's placed, as it's immediately forwarded and processed by our supplier. However, you do have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, during which you can return the order.

Lost Packages

We apologize if you've encountered any issues with your delivery. Please follow these steps:

  1. Is the package marked as delivered today? Sometimes it will still be delivered the next day. Therefore, please wait one day before taking further action.
  2. After 1 day, please contact the delivery service to see if they can identify an incorrect delivery or provide further information.
  3. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact us within one week of receiving the delivery notification at info@zaviria.com . We will then initiate an investigation. Please note that such an investigation can take up to three months or longer.
  4. Although an investigation cannot guarantee a solution, we will make every effort to find an appropriate solution.
  5. If your delivery information is incorrect, we cannot process a refund. However, we are happy to discuss alternative solutions with you.
  6. Understanding and cooperation are important, as delivery is beyond our direct control.

Refusing or Not Picking Up a Parcel

If you are not home during delivery, the package will be offered up to two times, depending on the delivery service. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be left with a neighbor or a collection point and must be collected before being returned.

Please note: refusing or not collecting a package is not a valid reason for a refund. The package must be delivered and returned in accordance with our returns policy to receive a refund.

If a package needs to be reshipped because it failed to deliver, we will resend it once free of charge. If another reshipment is necessary, we will charge the buyer €8 in shipping costs.

Track Your Order

You can track your order via our Track & Trace page. Tracking information usually appears the next day, but in some cases it can take up to three days after placing the order. It can also take up to two days for the first tracking updates to appear.
