Return Policy:
By sending a return, you automatically agree to the return policy of www.valcetti.com.
- Return Period: Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
 - Sender's Responsibility: Please note that you, as the sender, are responsible. Approximately 5-10% of returns have problems that prevent us from processing a refund. Please be prepared for this risk before shipping.
 - Traceable proof of shipment: You must send proof of shipment with a tracking number to info@zaviria.com . We can only process a refund once the tracking shows that the package has been delivered.
 - Return Notification: Returns must be notified in writing via info@zaviria.com .
 - Condition of goods: Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If there is any damage, please report it immediately with photos.
 - Resale Condition: Returned merchandise must be in a condition suitable for resale.
 
Excluded from return and refund:
- Custom made goods and special orders cannot be returned.
 - Personal items and products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as underwear, lingerie, tights and personal care products).
 - Goods returned later than 14 days after receipt.
 
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:
- Please contact customer service to receive the return form.
 - Please return your product (undamaged and in its original condition) to the address provided by our customer service, including track & trace.
 - Please send your return tracking number to our customer service within 4 days of receiving your return address. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your return.
 - Track your package until it is delivered to us.
 - Please email us the tracking number as proof once we receive your package.
 - Once we receive your email and package, our fulfillment team will inspect the goods and process your return.
